Samples Request Policy

We are happy to provide samples on request and due to expenses incurred, (we have to pay for all samples), we do have policies in place to help the process in delivering samples to you.  Therefore, please read carefully the conditions below prior to requesting samples.

New Clients

We suggest you shop around first and compare products and prices.  Then, if you would like to proceed with an order and would like to enquire about samples, please contact us on 1300 65 62 68. 

Existing Clients

1.     Any client with an annual spend of over $5,000 can have any sample sent free of charge up to an accumulated value of $50 +GST.
These samples must be returned after inspection within 10 days or they will be charged to your account.

Any samples over a total of $50 +GST (based on the quoted unit price), will need to be paid prior to despatch.
They are non returnable for a credit unless an order is placed; credit will only apply to those items ordered and returned.
Any other items not ordered are non returnable for a credit.
