Terms and Conditions

When you place an online or off-line order with Oxygen Promotions, you are entering into a contract between you as a single entity, the company or organisation you represent and Oxygen Promotions. By placing your order you accept our terms and are bound these Trading Terms.

Freight is charged additional to your Oxygen Promotions order, unless otherwise stated.

Ownership:

Ownership title of goods remains with Oxygen Promotions until payment has been made in full into our account.

Artwork:

Artwork is required in an Illustrator EPS format, converted to curves. Otherwise, an additional artwork charge may apply.

Terms:

Full payment is required at the time of ordering; unless otherwise arranged.  

Cancellation of Order:

Once the order confirmation is received ,it is agreed we will supply your product as per your instructions stated on the order (unless otherwise communicated in writing). If you cancel an order after order receipt, cancellation fees may apply. They can vary from order to order depending on status of the job, but typically costs involved are artwork fees, set-up costs, restocking fee, freight costs or full payment of job if items have already been decorated. You will not be responsible for cancellation fees if we do not have the item in stock.

Fulfilment: 5% above or below quantities order is acceptable as full shipment and billed accordingly.

 If you require an exact quantity, please place into writing and this may incur a small fee and will be confirmed prior to production commences.

Lead times:

Locally supplied/branded products generally require lead time 2-3 weeks from receipt of artwork approval.

Urgent Orders: When urgent orders are required please contact office, phone 1300 65 62 68 or email sales@oxygenpromotions.com.au

Overseas sourced Items (Indent Orders):

Items sourced from overseas generally require a delivery time of 8-12 weeks from full payment of order and artwork approval.

Artwork Alterations/design:

If artwork is not supplied in correct format, artwork charges are billed at $100 +GST per hour. Some minor artwork may be done at no cost. Please check with us and we can supply a quote.

Claims or Returns

In the unlikely event of a claim, only written claims will be accepted and must be made within 14 days of receiving goods. Claims or returns will only be accepted where there is a fault in the product supplied or the printing/branding differed from you artwork approval. Faulty goods must be returned for inspection before a refund or replacement of stock will be issued.

Colours:

Colours of items pictures on this website are only indicative. If exact colour matching is required please request a sample.

Guarantee: All orders are accepted with the understanding that we will supply the goods matched to those described in the quote or we will consult you regarding changes prior to production. Any error on Oxygen Promotions part will be equitably and promptly adjusted.

Default Accounts:

Any company or person/s defaulting on a payment to Oxygen Promotions will be actively pursued by us. All fees involved in recovering the debt will be billed to that company or person/s. Any account over 90 days due will be given to our debt collectors. A 3% interest charge will be added to the invoice for each month past 90 days that the debt remains unpaid and all recovery costs will be added to the outstanding amount.

PLEASE NOTE:
Oxygen Promotions Pty Ltd does not take any responsibility for delay in goods where the goods are in the hands of couriers or freight companies, and the delay is caused by 3rd party companies.

On-line Product and Branding Prices: All product prices listed are ex GST. GST is included in final transaction.

Oxygen Promotions reserves the right to vary its Trading Terms at anytime.

ART WORK CONDITIONS

1.Inspect all aspects of the proof; this includes spelling, phone numbers, delivery address, colours, font, and layout.

2.Please check this proof carefully for errors, and clearly state in the comments box below any corrections if required, as the final approval rests with you.

3.Should any pages be illegible or difficult to read please call 1300 65 62 68 or email sales@oxygenpromotions.com.au to request a clearer copy.

4.This job will commence upon receiving this approval.
